Frequently asked questions
What is Prolimpa?
A 100% Mexican company operating in Nogales since 2003. We manufacture Prolimpa-brand cleaning chemicals and distribute janitorial tools, disposables, office supplies and maquiladora materials.
Do you manufacture or only resell?
Both. We manufacture the Prolimpa-brand chemicals ourselves, using reused plastic containers and biodegradable formulas. The other lines we distribute.
What presentations do the chemicals come in?
In 20-liter drums and 1-gallon (3.78 L) jugs. Sanitizing gel also comes in 1 liter.
Do you sell to businesses only, or also to individuals?
We work mainly with businesses: maquiladoras, restaurants, hotels, offices, schools and retail. If you need volume, message us and we'll take a look.
How do I request a quote?
Via WhatsApp at +52 631 178 4817 or through the quote form. Send us the list of what you need and approximate quantities.
Why aren't prices listed on the site?
Because pricing depends on volume and reorder frequency. We quote against your actual list.
Do you carry color-coded janitorial tools by area?
Yes. The professional brush line uses color coding, useful when you need to separate areas within a cleaning and sanitation plan, for example in food industry settings.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00 and Saturday 8:00–13:00. Closed Sunday.
Do you provide safety data sheets for your chemicals?
Yes. Since we manufacture our own chemicals, we provide the safety data sheet under NOM-018-STPS-2015, in Spanish. If your company needs it for an audit, ask and we'll send it.
Do you install paper and soap dispensers?
Yes. When a client requests it, we install paper, towel and soap dispensers.
What else do you carry besides chemicals?
Toilet paper, towel, napkins, janitorial tools, kitchen disposables, office supplies, packaging and maquiladora tooling. The point is that you don't need three suppliers.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We run our own delivery in Nogales and sell across the state of Sonora. If you're outside Nogales, message us with your location and we'll confirm delivery time.
